Piano Teacher Positions

We are looking for piano and voice teachers who possess the following qualifications to fill our available positions:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in piano or voice performance
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience teaching private piano lessons to children ages 4 and above, as well as adults
• Possess excellent communication skills and have a warm, non-conflicting personality
• Have legal authorization to work in the USA with supporting documentation
• Reside in the SF Bay Area
• Be committed to this position for at least 2 years

Our ideal candidates should be passionate about music, highly educated, and able to work effectively with young children.

The working hours for this position are from Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 9 PM, and from 9 AM to 4 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. We offer various benefits such as sick pay, a 401K retirement investment matching program, yearly raises of 5-10% based on performance, bonuses for student preparation for tests and recitals, and a flexible schedule with 7 weeks of school breaks (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Spring Break, Summer Break).

There are performance opportunities available, such as bi-annual recitals at Santa Clara Convention Center and Santa Clara University, an annual staff recital, and a Carnegie Hall Honor Recital. Teachers are not required to perform, but they are given the opportunity.

We provide support to our teachers, which includes assistance with teaching, handling difficult situations, overcoming stress, and preparing for tests/recitals. Our campuses are located in Sunnyvale (El Camino Real at Lawrence Expwy) and Milpitas (Calaveras Ave at HWY 880).
