Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a VP, of Financial Strategy, working out of our Rockville, MD. The Finance Strategy Vice President will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

LOCATION: Rockville, MD

JOB STATUS: Full-time

EDUCATION: BS in Accounting or Financial field, MBA or MS in Finance preferred

CERTIFICATIONS: CPA, preferred

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 20+ years managing related aspects of Finance and Accounting in a senior capacity.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Must have familiarity with government accounting rules and regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Develop/maintain strong collaboration with key internal and external partners
• Detailed experience in a government contracting environment (CAS, FAR)
• Ability and willingness to dig in to analyze issues and solve problems

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing the financial activities to achieve corporate profit goals
• Data analysis to support CFO strategic directives
• Timely Financial reporting, forecasting and commentaries
• Supporting Financial Closings
• Cost Point migration
• Extensive knowledge of Cost Point and business intelligence solutions.
• Reporting of management financial information to CFO
• Management of indirect rates
