Ornua Ingredients North America (OINA) is actively seeking a Vice President Operations (VP Ops) that will be a catalyst to our current Executive Leadership team as we continue our growth trajectory. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the business performance and taking direct accountability for the leadership, development, and effective delivery for all OINA’s operations.

Why This Role Is Valuable:
The VP Ops, together with the OINA Leadership team, will lead and direct the business across our 6 North American sites to build and maintain a sustainably profitable business. They will develop team awareness and ownership of the functional strategy, vision, objectives, goals, measures, and actions/initiatives. They will also contribute to the development and leadership of the Global Operational agenda, building close relationships with group peers and colleagues.

What You Bring To The Role:
A minimum of 15 years’ experience in a manufacturing leadership role.
Significant Operations Management experience, together with significant commercial and technical exposure gained in a manufacturing environment.
Thorough understanding of all aspects of Operations, including Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain management in a multi-site environment.
Strong leadership, communication, planning, people leadership and organization skills. An ability to lead and motivate individuals and teams is critical to the success of this role.
