Company Requirement:

Founded in 2008, Pivotal Point supports the Federal Government and Businesses with professional services in Program/Project Management; Critical Infrastructure Maintenance and Operations Support Services; Inside Plant Services; Network Engineering; Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Engineering; VoIP Maintenance and Operations Services; IT and Telecommunications Asset and Inventory Management; and Business Process Analysis and Consulting Services.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first contact with customers who need technical VTC assistance

• Investigate and diagnose Tier 1 hardware, software, and application problems; promptly escalate incidents to SME support as needed
• Submit, update, and monitor the service desk ticketing system for all in-coming requests
• Provide hands-on assistance involving troubleshooting and diagnostic support for all related VTC/DVTC systems, equipment failures, or service issues
• Schedule Video Teleconferences and de-conflict scheduled conferences as needed
• Participate in or lead special projects and day-to-day operations as needed or assigned by the site lead/VTC SME.

Qualifications:

• Previous VTC/DVTC help desk experience and/or IT Help Desk experience.
• Possess DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification and maintain certification, CompTIA Security +
• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN and networking infrastructure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.

Education Requirements:

Requires High School diploma or equivalent

Must possess Active Secret Security Clearance
