Tony's Italian grill is now hiring Servers.

The following will be expected of applicants:

• Directly handle and interact with customers in a prompt, polite, and professional manner, even with the most demanding of guests.
• Ability to manage several tables at once and in different dining rooms through out the restaurant.
• Ability to properly time guest's dinner experience, so they are giving prompt service without feeling rushed.
• Ability to multitask between different tasks, such as taking orders, getting drinks, and running food.
• Must be able to keep a neat and orderly work space, such as ensuring that table courses are cleared before the next course is served.
• Must be able to work with fellow staff as part of a cohesive team.
• Must be able to learn and understand our menu in it's entirely, including beer, wine, and liquor.
• Must be able to learn and understand our touchscreen POS system.

Tony's Italian Grill is one of Endicott's premier Italian/American restaurants. Proudly serving the community for over 40 years. Tony's is a high volume, fast paced, high demand, family restaurant, with a devoted following of regular customers. Applicants should consider this when applying.

This is a front of house position, applicants are required to be punctual and maintain a professional appearance. Applicants will be held to the highest standards, and understand they are joining a very low turn-over team. Most of the employees at Tony's have been here for 10 or more years.

Closed on Sundays, and most major holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.45 per hour
