PT/FT Merchandise Receiving Personnel/Showroom Set Up

$19-$21 per Hour-DOE

Additional pay through employee incentive program. $75-$200 per month when sales goals are met. This includes all employees no matter what their position with our company.

Rare Finds is a furniture retailer specializing in accent furniture, lighting and home decor. We are seeking an experienced, energetic , detail oriented, organized hands on warehouse/showroom worker who will work directly with the owners, managers, and a team of 4 - 5 warehouse employees regularly.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

- Work with a team of 2-3 warehouse staff and assist in showroom set up and design
- Maintain and keep the warehouse and workshop clean and organized
- Load and Unload trucks and shipping containers
-Pack and ship orders both ground and freight
-General cleaning of Warehouse
-Move and reset showrooms regularly as directed by showroom specialist or sales people
-Unload and check in shipments safely and move product as needed
-Efficiently stack and store merchandise in the appropriate area

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
Be on your feet for extended periods of time.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

- Reliable transportation. Valid driver's license and clean driving record if driving a car to

work. Otherwise you will need a current photo ID.
- Arriving to work on time is a must
- Good people and communication skills
- Comfortable use of hand tools, including screw gun, drill, hand saws, and more.
- Some experience with woodworking and power tools a plus
- Forklift experience NOT NEEDED/no forklift on site.
- Loading furniture into vehicles for customers.
- Must maintain a friendly attitude toward customers and co-workers at all times.
- Your schedule may include weekends. Must be willing to work as needed with two

days off. Schedules are fairly consistent, but occasionally the days may change.

HOURS

High School or equivalent required

$19-$22 Starting pay with potential for more depending on your work ethic and performance.'
