Warehouse Hand

MTC is a Cellular Tower Construction company specializing in the wireless industry with offices in Dallas TX, Lubbock TX and Midland TX. Most of our work is in Texas. Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of the warehouse to ensure that it is well organized, clean and efficiently laid out.
- Prepare materials required for technicians to conduct jobs based on BOM’s
- Equipment staging
- Facilitate processes and procedures for efficient job deployment for install Teams such as interfacing with Project Manager to properly support job schedule and having materials staged well in advance of anticipated deployments
- Ability to take direction from supervisor in addition to being self-directed in accomplishing requirements of job.
- Organization and controllership of inventory stock items
- Confirm accuracy of items received
- Pick-up of equipment from customer warehousing facilities as needed
- Maintenance of grounds to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Coordinate and facilitate scrap and equipment returns
- Clean, organize, and put away returned materials from job sites
- Assist with all other warehouse projects
- Partake in special projects as they arise
- Annotates on documents and enters information on computer system
- Prepares and prints pertinent documents (e.g. bills of lading, packing lists, delivery notes, etc.)
- Basic computer skills and use of basic mechanical/measuring tools.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language.

Requirements
- Pass Background, Drug Test and clean MVR driving record
- Required Valid Driver’s License
- Availability to work limited weekends on an as needed basis (in event equipment staging is not conducted during normal work hours)
- Ability to travel a plus
- Experienced in warehouse
- Mechanically Inclined
- Able to figure things out
- Be assertive
- Be a Team Player
- Able to work independently
- Must be able to lift 50lbs+
