Essex Finishing is seeking a high-energy individual to fill the role of Warehouse Manager/ Operator in a dynamic, growing, fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities will include:
o Receiving, picking, packing and shipping of hard wood flooring in support of a state of the art hardwood floor finishing factory.
o Utilizing RF technology to accurately manage inventory.
o Receive containers of inbound hardwood flooring
o Ensure orders are kitted and delivered to the factory.
o Provide salient inventory transactional data.
o Monitoring inventory control processes
o Communicate clearly with transportation services providers
Skills required
o 3 years experience in utilizing RF picking and put away technology
o 3 years experience in precision forklift driving – certification required
o Ability to operate reliably and independently. (run your own shop)
o Good communication skills
o Bi-Lingual English and Spanish
o Strong computer skills
- NetSuite experience a plus
