Position: Warehouse Operative (Days)

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) 37.5 hours per week

Location: Wakefield

Shift: 5 on 3 off 06.00 - 15.30 pm

Salary: £10.70 per hour

What about your role?

As a DHL Supply Chain Colleague, you will be playing your part in keeping the world moving by accurately picking and sorting packages for our customers. We need you to:

• Be an Ambassador for DHL Supply Chain, have a Can Do, Right First Time and Passionate approach to your role
• Enjoy working as part of a successful team
• Have attention to detail, to pick and pack customer orders correctly
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to all rules and regulation
• Responsible for KPI's ensuring the efficient and timely pick of goods as directed
• Picking and packing of stock
• Tipping and loading vehicles
• Ownership of all relevant documentation associated with the role
• To accurately receive, assemble and load customer orders

What are the requirements?

• Experience of working in a ambient distribution centre - desirable/although not essential
• Experience working in a Warehouse environment desirable/although not essential
• Must be willing to be trained on LLOPS/PPT equipment
• Ability to understand and follow instructions
• Work effectively as part of a team
