This role could be just what you are looking for to be part of the magical experience of being Santa’s little elves. We are currently recruiting warehouse operatives. This role will be based at our magical grotto in Bolton. We can offer full/part time hours on a permanent or fixed term basis.

What We Can Offer You:

£10.00 per hour with an overtime rate of £15.00 once contractual hours have been completed.

What You’ll Do:

You will be responsible for supporting head elf to ensure that any misplaced parcels with missing/damaged labels are sent back to their owner or back to our client. You may also repack parcels that have outer packaging damage and then forward onto Rudolph and his team for delivery.

You’ll report into your head elf and you will assist in providing leadership across the returns team. Some of your responsibilities will be to manage small projects and take ownership of particular areas which will allow you to grow in your personal development so one day you can become head elf!

This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow their career with us and take on more of an ambitious role where you will manage your time and work.

Our full-time contracts are 40hrs per week, either working exclusively days or nights, including some weekend shifts. Full time is any 5 shifts out of 7, rotas are given in advance. Flexible and part-time hours are also available.

Our Twilight shifts usually start between 10am and 3pm

Essential Skills & Experience Required:

• Clear communication skills and using your own initiative is a necessity to have within your role.
