Hobbs Brewing Company is seeking a motivated, goal-oriented individual who is interested in joining our growing team. This is a full-time position with pay negotiable based on experience and a great opportunity for a hard working and self-motivated individual to develop a career in the craft beer industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience in proper handling and packaging of finished beer and/or relevant experience in a related industry where attention to detail is critical, however we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating, cleaning, and maintaining our canning line and related packaging equipment
• Responsible for delivering beer to/from our tavern/taproom locations on a weekly basis
• Organize and maintain all storage areas – finished beer and raw materials storage in cold room and pallet racking with monthly inventory checks
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including but not limited to tank/packaging line CIP and SIP, cleaning floors, drains and outside surfaces of equipment, safe and meticulous chemical handling, etc.
• Reports to head brewer

Desired Experience/ Traits

Who You Are:

• Able to physically lift heavy loads – full kegs of beer, maneuver pallets of cans/kegs/grains with pallet jack, load and unload delivery trucks, etc.
• Clean driving record – must be able to operate our delivery van
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, listening, critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills.
• Honest, Dependable, high integrity, team player, and passionate.

Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in canning line operation is valued, but willing to train the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
