We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our Team in Henderson.
Job Responsibilities
Duties of this role include but are not limited to;
  • Priority duty is the receivable, stowing, picking, packaging, readying of paperwork and dispatch of spare parts, project and services parts and general inventory;
  • Manage movement and records of parts through the warehouse facility, including stock;
  • Record incoming parts, check contents, quality and quantity against Supplier Delivery Docket and purchase order;
  • Correctly pack all parts in accordance with Client’s instructions using crates, pallets or boxes suitable for road transport, airfreight or sea freight;
  • Arrange dispatch and transportation of parts in accordance with FLS Packing Lists and Delivery Dockets;
  • Help maintain the warehouse facility in good order ensuring tools, equipment, packaging materials, packaging equipment is maintained in good, clean condition; and
  • Assist with general duties in the Warehouse; and
  • Housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives and action execution as developed by the Warehouse Team and Management.
What you bring
  • Certificate in Warehousing (desirable, but not essential);
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role or customer service role;
  • Intermediate Word, Excel, SAP and Database Management;
  • Drivers and forklift licence;
  • Rigging and gantry crane ticket (desirable, but not essential)
  • Good interpersonal skills; and
  • Good organisation skills and the ability to manage priorities.
