Could you successfully support the running of our retail stock warehouse?

Due to further expansion, we're looking for a Retail Stock Team Leader to join the team at our warehouse in Winsford. Please note – shifts for these vacancies will commence in January 2023.

What will I be doing?

In this role, you’ll manage the daily operation of the stock team, ensuring the sorting and processing of corporate and public donated stock meets our standards and productivity targets are met.

You’ll support with staff and volunteer training to make sure correct processes are followed and the links between the Stock and Ecommerce teams are developed to help maximise income from stock donated initiatives.

You’ll also assist with administration and reporting to ensure the smooth running of the stock team.

This role could be for you if...

  • You’ve experience of maintaining and monitoring working practices and procedures in a warehouse/ retail environment at supervisory level
  • You've got strong co-ordination and organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • You’re target focussed and able to prioritise tasks to ensure targets are met, and orders are fulfilled
  • You’re a people person with excellent communication skills
