Position: Warehouse Supervisor

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities
• Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity
• Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods
• Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels
• Maintain records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation
• Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Perform a weekly inspection of the warehouse grounds
• Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers
• Manage and control WMS system
• Investigate, reports, document, and correct shipping /freight damages
• Train, develop, and motivate personnel to ensure maximum utilization of resources, enhancing productivity and creating an environment of cooperation management

Requirements:

• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
• 2 or more years supervisory experience
• Thorough knowledge of a specialized or technical field such as cost or general accounting, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and/or materials management
• Attention to detail, Effective ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $58,697.00 - $78,262.00 per year
