Job description

Orion Wholesale is looking for a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing company. The warehouse supervisor will oversee all aspects of our warehouse operations. Leading the team and cross-training warehouse employees across all positions is of high importance in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of about 15 people.
• Oversee the picking & shipping of all orders.
• Ensure inventory is checked in by the receiving team in a timely manner and stocked quickly.
• Order and inventory boxes, tape and shipping supplies.
• Schedule Freight pick ups and compare rates.
• Work with sales team and management on any order issues.
• Physical inventory counts.
• Serialized inventory counts.
• Fix bin issues inside of system.
• Problem solve any issues that come up during the day.
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse by inspecting equipment, issuing requests for repair or replacement.
• Meet with management to discuss any problems or concerns within the warehouse.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Supervision, Management, Inventory Control/Reporting
• Warehouse supervision (at least 3 years, preferred)
• Ability to drive and motivate the team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
