Day shift, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, three or four days per week (including rotating weekends), $23.00 per hour!

We are looking for Warehouse Team Leads at our site in Ellenwood, Georgia, to coordinate and supervise daily logistics activities and ensure the full and efficient operation of their assigned areas. The shift is rotating days (including rotating weekends), 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, plus overtime as needed.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage unloading of inbound shipments
• Coach and guide team
• Verify required paperwork with associates and drivers to ensure all product is counted
• Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage or errors
• Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment
• Correctly implement work schedules and complete all necessary records and reports
• Operate material handling equipment

Your Skills and Experiences

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of recent experience in a warehousing or distribution environment, with at least 1 year in a Lead or supervisory role
• Forklift experience
• Can walk and stand throughout shift while wearing composite or steel-toe shoes in a non-climate controlled environment
• Able to bend, squat, stoop, twist, push, and pull
• Can lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
• Must be able to work rotating shifts and weekends
