Job Overview:

• We are looking for a hardworking team member to help us in our warehouse
• The successful candidate is responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments, assessing stock for damages, keeping a concise record of inventory, accurately filling customer orders, keeping your work areas clean and tidy, and following all safety guidelines
• An ideal candidate is hardworking, organized and detail-oriented
• You should be able to keep good records and keep track of incoming and outgoing stock to ensure inventory levels remain steady

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years' experience in a distribution warehouse environment (essential)
• Experience with motorized warehouse equipment such as lift trucks, pallet jacks (essential)
• 5+ years' experience on reach trucks, lift trucks, work assist vehicles (essential)
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Able to stand, bend, and lift approximately 50lbs throughout an eight hour shift
• Be a team player
• Be coachable
• Be reliable - have good attendance

Duties and responsibilities:

• Receiving: checking product against paperwork, check product for damage, receive into the system, place into bin locations physically and in the system using RF Scanners
• Record Keeping: logging, maintaining, and reporting clear and concise records of discrepancies, damaged product, and inventory information
• Warehouse Housekeeping: Maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse by following proper putaway and replenishment procedures and cleaning up any debris as necessary whenever and whereever noticed in a timely fashion
• Picking: Follow proper picking procedures to completely and accurately fill orders in a timely manner
• Packing: Follow proper packing procedures to completely and accurately pack orders for shipping in a timely manner
• Shipping: Follow proper shipping procedures to accurately ship all customer orders in accordance with guidelines for delivery requirements and best cost savings
• Inventory: Follow proper inventory counting and documentation procedures to maintain accurate inventory records
• Equipment: Follow proper safety and operational procedures when operating warehouse machinery, pre-shift inspection checklists, and placing machinery on or taking machinery off of charging equipment
• Any other tasks as directed by management

• Successful candidate will work closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure there is timely and accurate picking and shipping of product
