What you'll do:
- Maintain status of all warranty claims
- Keep customers up to date with progress of warranty claim
- Obtains customer and warranty authorizations prior to start of work
- Takes pictures, faxes authorizations, and stays in line with manufacturer and company policy and procedure
- Assists Service Outfitters as needed
- Answers incoming calls
What we're looking for:
- Requires some bending, climbing, and kneeling to take photographs of various areas of an RV
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.05 - $25.00 per hour
