Guaranty Bank is looking for a Wealth Management Administrative Assistant to join our team! With over $2 billion in bank assets, Guaranty Bank is launching a Wealth Management and Trust Department. We are seeking an administrative assistant to play a key role in supporting our Wealth Management and Portfolio officers. This position includes a strong focus on relational skills with the shared responsibility for supporting client relationships for the Wealth Management and Trust Services Department.Ideal candidates will require a high school diploma or equivalent. Two or four-year college degree preferred. Four plus years' experience in a trust department and with trust accounting systems a must. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of client and other related work. Ability to manage a variety of tasks and work independently. Excellent human relations skills to deal effectively with visitors/customers in person or on the telephone. Knowledge of Word and Excel preferred.
