Title: Web Applications Programer

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Duration: 12 months

Job Scope:

Scope of Work:

The Contractor shall provide Information Technology (IT) staff augmentation services in support of the client, to assist in correcting, maintaining, and enhancing the Department's licensing applications (AALF, ALIS, DICE, ANDI, eAppoint, FACS-DIC, FCDICE, NFTI, and e-Commerce Broker). The Contractor(s) must provide the qualified Web Applications Programmer proposed in its Response, and selected by the client, who has the experience and ability to fulfill the requirements of this Statement of Work (SOW)

The Contractor's Representative shall perform the following tasks, as necessary, to complete work assigned by the Department's Contract Manager:

  • Perform maintenance and provide support.
  • Provide modifications and enhancements as identified by the Department's Contract Manager.
  • Develop application components.
  • Perform configuration changes.
  • Perform systems analysis and design and program systems.
  • Provide user support and perform problem-solving activities.
  • Perform analysis, design, coding, testing, quality assurance, performance tuning, and implementation.
  • Implement systems.
  • Develop technical documentation and provide software maintenance.
  • Develop test scripts to support unit testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Develop and maintain a test schedule.
  • Maintain testing log and produce test results report(s)

Qualifications:

Professional Qualification Requirements.

The mandatory and preferred professional qualification requirements for the Web Applications Programmer, to be provided by the Contractor, are found in Attachment 5, Skills Matrix. The Contractor represents that the completed Attachment 5, Skills Matrix, provided in its Response, and incorporated herein by reference, represents the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the Contractor's Representative and the minimum qualifications for any subsequent Contractor Representative provided by the Contractor to perform these services.

Educational Requirements.

The Contractor's Representative, and any subsequent Contractor Representative provided by the Contractor, must possess, at a minimum:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field(s). Or equivalent work experience; or
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in multiple IT areas and 2–3 years of relevant architecture experience. Requires advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, applications systems design and integration.
