POSITION SUMMARY
The Web Coordinator will support the marketing department's initiatives ensuring the brand website displays accurate product information, promotional content, and general back-end housekeeping of the CMS.
The Web Coordinator will coordinate product launches throughout the year with multiple touring brands, working closely with the Webmaster to ensure projects are completed efficiently and followed through with deadlines.
Hybrid position. Office based in Tigard, OR
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Along with the Webmaster and the Marketing Team, manage the publication of regular content updates to our web content management system, Umbraco, including creating and editing pages, entering text and image-based content, creating, and maintaining product pages
- Assist in maintaining our web content management system, Umbraco
- Organize, maintain, and archive digital assets in preparation for and coordination with seasonal launches and promotional cycles
- Assist in developing and maintaining image/asset workflow with Marketing and TTC
- Work effectively and efficiently with the creative teams and cross-functional partners
- Work and collaborate with the TTC family of brands, including troubleshooting and correcting API data received from sister brands
- Track and maintain production and publication schedules within our site and CMS using a project management system
- Perform any administrative duties as assigned or needed.

EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of website marketing experience preferred
- CMS Data entry experienced preferred
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to utilize web tools and in-house technical resources, adapt to new technology, learn new programs quickly, and use computers and technology to improve efficiency and productivity
- Ability to use Excel spreadsheets to store and manipulate account data
- Prior use CRM/CMS is a bonus
HOURLY PAY RANGE
- $26.44 to $27.88 an hour
