Website Designer
We are seeking to hire a full-time Website Designer to join our team of creative professionals. This is a permanent, full-time position. We also offer flexibility and opportunity for growth and development.

ABOUT THE JOB:
The Website Designer will design web pages and social media elements, creating graphics, illustrations, logos, print layouts, and photography. Experience with designing Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn ads is a huge bonus.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Work with a team to determine client needs and project specifications
• Work within timelines and deadlines for project completion dates
• Use graphic design skills and knowledge to meet and exceed client objectives
• Modify and edit designs
• Design and build websites from scratch using software such as Wordpress
• Take and edit photos
• Copywrite and edit content for websites and posts
• Provide a positive client experience

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role required
• Understanding of how to design for various mediums including web and print
• Strong knowledge of WordPress and an understanding of best practices
• Strong knowledge of graphic design terminology, design standards, and esthetic design concepts preferred
• Experience using graphic design programs including Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, Adobe Spark, etc.
• Proficient in web languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
• Strong copywriting skills

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• BS degree in Marketing or comparable job experience.

• Comfort interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds

ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE:
Climate-controlled office environment.
Full-time position - Hybrid (some office work required but virtual work allowed at times)
Hours: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
