Minimum Experience:

-At least 5 years of current webmaster experience:

Internet and Extranet web development, layout, hosting, sustainment and maintenance operations.

-Work in “Cloud-based” platforms.

-Development and design of web-based sites, pages, menus, forms and applications supporting agency business processes.

-SharePoint integration and front-end development.

-Familiar with back-end SQL database, server platforms and cybersecurity operations.

-Search engine optimization.

-Analytical testing and debugging.

-Customer support experience/knowledge to determine needs and design preferences, create require code, and provide technical support to resolve web issues.

-Data protection and backup strategies.

-Demonstrated experience in coding through the use of HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, .NET, and the use of CAC/PKI authentication techniques and protocols.

-Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

-Demonstrated experience managing, coordinating, and facilitating a team in the administration and management of a DoD information systems and infrastructure.

Required DoD 8570 Level II IT Certifications:

Security +

Additional Required Certifications:

-Microsoft 365 Certified Developer Associate

Required Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or similar field

Security Clearance:

Required to have a U.S. Government security clearance (TOP Secret SSBI)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 per year
