The Web Developer/E-commerce position requires creativity and technical ability to develop a dynamic website for Pursuit NW. Responsibilities include ensuring Pursuit websites convey the Pursuit brand creatively while providing functionality with a user-friendly interface. Additionally, monitoring website traffic, extracting statistics, troubleshooting website problems for minimal downtime, and timely updates of the websites.

• Utilize creativity in developing a graphic user interface to dynamically present.
• Writing and reviewing code customizing web interface.
• Integrating multimedia content on the website.
• Troubleshooting problems with performance for user experience.
• Collaborating with graphic designers, and stakeholders to develop a dynamic web presence.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded.
• Meet tight deadlines, while maintaining organization and a high-level of work product.
• Assist the Marketing Director with special requests.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and be able to pivot and shift quickly as directed.
• Attend events hosted by PURSUIT and assist the marketing team as needed.
• All other tasks as assigned.

• Be committed to the local church and loyal to its senior leadership.
• Model a passionate pursuit of the presence of God.
• Be able to pass both local and federal background checks.
• Follow all PURSUIT policies and procedures.
• Familiar with point-of-sale systems.

• Experience designing, building, and deploying features for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Strong eye for details and graphic design.
• Excellent written, and verbal communication, and creative skills.
• Experience with e-commerce.
• 3+ years of experience with web development.
