We are looking for an experienced Web Site Developer to design, develop and maintain our websites. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of WordPress, PHP, HTML5 and CSS, as well as experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop websites using WordPress, PHP, HTML5, and CSS.
- Create responsive design layouts for optimal viewing across multiple devices.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to develop and implement new features and functionalities.
- Ensure websites are optimized for fast loading and excellent performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality, performance, and accessibility.
- Maintain and update existing websites with new content, features, and functionalities as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience with WordPress, PHP, HTML5, and CSS.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience working with REST API and integrating to 3rd party applications.
- Experience working with databases and SQL
- Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, and other front-end frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with website optimization techniques for fast loading and excellent performance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
