We are seeking a talented and experienced Website and E-commerce Manager to oversee our web team and our three websites - Standardplumbing.com, Sprinkler.com, and Buyplumbing.net. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing our buy online pick up in store (BOPIS) process, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient operations.
Standard Plumbing is among the largest family owned and operated Plumbing, Heating, Sprinkler, and Hardware wholesalers in the Western United States. This individual will work closely with contractors by providing solutions to their everyday needs. There is a good culture at Standard. You will have the opportunity to see many of the same customers every day, week, and month. They depend on Standard to be their one stop solution for all of their supply needs. There are sales commissions and base hourly wage for all sales representatives. Fun atmosphere and opportunities to move up. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute website strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion rates across
- Oversee current web team, hiring, building and motivating team for success.
- Manage and optimize website content, including product information, images, and pricing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor website analytics and make data-driven decisions to improve site performance.
- Oversee the BOPIS process, including managing order fulfillment, coordinating with retail store teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the IT team to maintain website functionality and troubleshoot any issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our websites are innovative and competitive.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in website and e-commerce management, including experience with BOPIS.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
- High level Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and experience with SEO optimization.

Final comments:
