Job Title: Wedding Planner (Female)

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: Initial 2-3 month office-based contract with the possibility of remote work thereafter

Start Date: Immediate

Elopea LLC, a dynamic startup in the wedding elopement industry, is looking for an experienced and creative Wedding Planner to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the CEO, who will provide hands-on training to help you succeed in the role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding elopement
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of wedding elopements, including venue selection, vendor management, and day-of logistics
• Create and manage detailed timelines, checklists, and budgets to ensure a seamless event execution
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or changes in plans
• Attend networking events, wedding expos, and other industry gatherings to promote the company and expand our client base
• Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to achieve company goals and contribute to the company's growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a wedding planner, preferably in the elopement or intimate wedding industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
• Creative problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment

We are offering a competitive salary with performance-based incentives. This position begins with a 2-3 month office-based contract, during which you will receive direct training from the CEO. After this period, based on performance and company needs, you may have the opportunity to transition to remote work.
