Ark Healthcare and Rehabiltiation at Branford Hills is seeking a Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse Supervisor 7a-7p, to join our team !
As a Baylor Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will provide the weekend management and oversight of the facility while enjoying the comraderie of dedicated healthcare professionals.
Primary Responsibities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating nursing and CNA assignments
- Providing care in accordance with physician's orders and plan of care
- Timely communicating information to appropriate staff, families, visitors, or vendors
- Working with nursing management to ensure the facility functions in accordance with federal, state, and local rules
Registered Nurse Supervisor will have:
- Valid and active State of CT License
- Prior Skilled Nursing Facility Experience
- CPR Certification required
- Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills
