Job description
DECKED Utah has a full-time, immediate opening for a Welder with experience in MIG welding and using a grinder. This position requires you to be able to read, count and follow instructions and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must pass pre-employment drug test.
- Ability to weld steel, indoors, using MIG welder.
- Ability to repetitively move/lift objects up to 50 lbs.
- Must have your own welding hood.
- Capable of reading instructions to determine sequence and methods of welding items.
- Must operate machinery in a safe manner and report hazards associated with the equipment to the supervisor.
- Responsible for keeping a clean and orderly work area.
- Possesses good time management skills to complete the job in a timely manner.
- Complies with all safety guidelines and procedures, as well as company policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.54 per hour
