Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in window/ door repair/ replacement
• Experience managing job sites and leading crews in a construction environment
• Experience woking with wood, clad, vinyl, and composite materials is a plus
• Proficiency in the use of hand tools, power tools, and equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Attention to detail is a must

Responsibilities:

• Ability to effectively lead and manage helpers
• Acts as the lead contact at the job site in directing the actions necessary to complete the job from start to finish
• Ability and willingness to coach and mentor other installers and helpers
• Ability to exceed customer expectations
• Ability to access, problem solve, and make decisions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment for staff and customers
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned
