Looking for a new and exciting opportunity in the world of organic winemaking?

Carolina Heritage Vineyard and Winery as the first USDA-Certified Organic vineyard and winery in North Carolina. We believe in sustainability and natural wine and beer.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Winemaker/Brewer to join our team and help us take our winemaking/brewing to the next level. This role will work 6 months a year from September to February.

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the winemaking and brewing process, from grape/grain selection to bottling, and everything in between.

You will also be responsible for a small custom crush operation and help to further organic wine in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of winemaking and brewing techniques and a strong understanding of the science behind the art of fermentation and making wine.
