Winery Ambassador : Part - Time (Could become full time as we grow)

Our team is growing again! We are looking for someone who is a relationship builder in the business to business environment and has the ability to plan/schedule routes and deliveries based on the current orders for that week. This position requires a lot of planning and logistics as well as a salesperson mindset. This person would ideally have some sales experience. This is not a desk job! It is social, analytical, and physical. Being able to work independently is a must for this position!

This position would be responsible for obtaining, pulling, processing, and delivering wholesale orders for the Winery. The territory includes but is not limited to: Marlow, Duncan, Comanche, Temple, Lawton, Chickasha, Medicine Park, and Moore/Oklahoma City. We are looking to add to our current 19 wholesale accounts and increase brand awareness in the area.

This position does require driving and a vehicle will be available for use, if that vehicle is unavailable mileage will be paid to you.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age. (This position delivers to liquor stores which require being 21 to enter)

Must have a clean driving record. Must have the ability to obtain an ABLE license with the state of Oklahoma. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Typical Schedule:

This position has weekday flexibility as far as start and end times go. Typically, this person would reach out to our wholesale customers on Monday/Tuesday and fulfill and deliver their orders by Thursday with the occasional Friday as needed. Our goal is to have all wholesale orders completed before we open on Friday at noon.

This position would get 10-20 hours per week, depending on the sales volume for the week and delivery radius to fulfill those orders. This position could grow to be full time as the winery continues to grow!

Compensation:

Minimum Starting pay is $13/hour

Pay is negotiable based on experience
