Job Description
When ships, satellites and planes launch on a deployment, there are NO cables attached. BAE Systems is looking for men and women that can learn and solve challenges in free space radiation for shipboard communications. The selected applicant will apply knowledge of engineering principles and techniques to develop and evaluate moderately technical solutions for US Navy and US Coast Guard (USCG) Command, Control, Communications and Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems.

This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.

Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program
Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance
Understanding of signal processing and systems signals courses
Ability and willingness to work in team environment and/or independently as required

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Microsoft Office experience
Self-motivated
CAD Software experience
