Position Summary
Our Analysts join us from a wide range of backgrounds and make an immediate impact working as part of a team committed to developing creative insights, implementing processes, and driving tangible results. We provide access to the training and coaching you need while you work independently or in group settings to get hands on experience in building effective relationships and creating solutions for our clients. As an Analyst, you’ll work across a wide range of clients and projects which vary in length and size. In addition to client work, you’ll also get a chance to participate in various culture building initiatives and programs beginning day one.
As a Workday Consulting Analyst, you will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful, and challenging work. Through use of innovative problem solving and analytical thinking, you will collaborate with team members to propose unique solutions for a wide range of clients in a variety of industries, including, Commercial, Higher Education and Healthcare. As part of a growing Digital practice Analysts can expect to work closely with leadership on a variety of tasks and initiatives. You will engage and collaborate with team members to propose unique solutions for complex challenges faced by our clients.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Participate on the change management team, ensuring the project succeeds by increasing adoption and usage
- Collaborate with functional team members to assist in identifying process changes, learning future state processes and system functionality, and educating end users on their new roles and business processes
- Document training curriculums for a set of functionality including audience analysis, transition materials, and detailed business process/system training modules using various training methods and tools
- Create training materials utilizing common training development tools for business process and system training
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in prior roles directly utilizing Workday, certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
- Huron requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Willingness to travel up to 60% and be based near a major airport
- Strong experience with analytical tools such as Excel
- Desire and willingness to learn
- U.S. Work Authorization Required
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Change management experience directly related to cloud ERP technology adoption
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
The estimated base salary range for this job is $75,000 - $90,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $81,000 - $100,800. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
