Our HR Technology team in Corporate Group is looking for a Workday Test Lead to join them. You will report to the Global HR Technology Manager and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY, a suburb of Buffalo.
To be considered for the Workday Test Lead, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:
- A bachelors degree in a related field, or an equivalent number of years of related work experience
- At least three years of experience in supporting the administration and testing of Workday's Human Capital Management (HCM) system
- Experience in a full cycle Workday HCM implementation
- Work experience in business process or IT, including project management experience in a global organization
- Workday HCM Certification is a bonus!
- You will have access to U.S. export-controlled information; therefore, US citizenship or US permanent residency is required
As a Workday Test Lead, you will:
- Development of a testing strategy and plans built from requirements elicited from business processes and technical teams to support the Workday deployment schedule
- Align testing strategy and plans with the systems implementation team on the program timeline
- Together with the systems implementation partner, manage and report the status of overall program execution of all phases of testing
- Coordinate testing resources, including resources needed to prepare and accomplish integration testing with Legacy systems
- Definition of the test environments and appropriate test date to test the software, including manually entered and data populated through automated loads
- Ensure testing resources are aligned on scope, timing, and procedural expectations for every test cycle
- Assess Moog’s readiness for testing automation and identify automated testing tools
o Lead the implementation of tools if applicable to support software deployment
