Who We Are Looking For:

Fooda is looking for a Workplace Convenience Services (WCS) Account Executive to manage existing accounts. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role will provide support for all WCS operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to show their initiative and organizational skills while supporting operations in an emerging division.

Who You Are:

• You are confident working with Excel and data to analyze how best practices should be developed
• Competency in Microsoft applications including: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
• Food Service Operations knowledge preferred but not required
• You feel comfortable communicating with internal colleagues
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Comfortable in a high growth and constantly evolving business where timelines and priorities can shift quickly
• You are a problem solver: When something goes sideways, you come up with solutions, not excuses
• You are detail oriented, know how to prioritize, and work with minimal supervision

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support Operations team to ensure proper expectations are delivered to clients and vendors
• Financial data input that supports all aspects of operations
• Support Account Sales Reporting and Invoicing which includes processing upwards of 100 entries into Fooda systems each day
• Provide administrative support, updating and maintaining data in appropriate systems to ensure smooth operations and data integrity
• Support Director of Operations by managing vendors, including but not limited to phone and email contact
