Role Expectations:
The Wonderer team is looking for an excited new YOGI to our brand new Biophilic Wellness Facility, The Grounds. Here we take pride in total wellness, from fitness classes, yoga sessions, barre/pilates, life and health coaching, nutrition, breathwork, guided meditations, and so much more. and bring your skills to our lifestyle, exclusive multi-outlet club.

- 200 YRT Through Yoga Alliance
- AED Certification (Required)
- Day Shift (Preferred) 5am-5pm, available weekends
Job Summary and Expectations:
- A Wonderer Wellness Coach must be one to take high level attention to detail both during instruction as well as in the organizational and operational structure of the facility. This role requests teaching classes early in the morning (5-11am) Through the afternoon (4pm-7pm). Your expectations will be in the areas of enhancing club experience with a general focus of coaching Fitness and Wellness classes. Some key indicators of a mvp are people who value humility, are coachable, sociable, excited to work, and are eager to learn.
Job Responsibilities:
- Available to teach at least three classes per week . Must complete our in-house training/audition session. Consistently uphold all Wonderer department policies and procedures for participants and maintain contractor expectations. Demonstrate commitment to excellence, service, and professional appearance standards. Attend all staff training, meetings, and classes as scheduled. A Yoga instructor at the Wonderer is dedicated to teach yoga, spread yoga, and grow the art to as many people as we can touch.
