About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Leader for Home Lending Data Governance and Data Strategy to support and implement data strategy for Home Lending. This team is part of the Business Insights and Analytics group which is responsible for supporting Home Lending's key Strategic Initiatives through insights and advanced analytics. By leveraging data, the team provides business partners with actionable insights, metrics and analytics platform to drive key business decisions.

By leveraging data, the team provides business partners with actionable insights, metrics and analytics platform to drive key business decisions.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop specialized team of Data product analysts that support Home Lending's Data Governance and Data Product strategy
- Analyze and understand Enterprise Data Management Policies and drive its implementation across all lines of businesses
- Establish process and strategies to enable HL data product cabinet to ensure work and resources are aligned to strategic priorities
- Establish data governance framework and drive its implementation across Home Lending
- Lead teams by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex, unique, and critical data product line issues to meet deliverables
- Collaborate with and influence stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and experienced leaders to ensure alignment with HL Data Strategy
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for HL Data Product.
- 8+ years of Product or Data Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of Management experience
- Technical data expertise to help drive technology and business teams towards an approved data strategy
- Ability to understand technical policy requirements to help support the implementation of data management policies across all parts of the business
- Home lending Data or Lending data experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.

- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
