Job description
Marathon is seeking reliable, hard-working candidates for 1st Shift, Temp-to-Hire, Assemblers available immediately in Belchertown, MA!
Assemblers work throughout the production floor, using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, etc., to build/assemble products, according to customer specifications.
Requirements include, but may not be limited to:
- Assembly, building, carpentry, construction, or similar experience
- Ability to do simple math and read a tape measure
- Experience working with hand tools or power tools
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Strong work history and reliable transportation
Hours are 6:00 AM-3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Saturday, half days, may be requested or required.
Pay rate is $17.00 - $18.00 per hour to start. Pay increase and GREAT benefits upon full time hire!
