Job description

Job Duties:

• Expert repair and maintenance of CNC Machinery, Manual Machines, and Machining Centers.
• Cincinnati 3 Spindle 5 Axis Gantry
• Troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and replacement of CNC controls including FANUC and Siemens
• Expert troubleshooting and diagnostic skills at the component level of electronics, software, pneumatic, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.
• Develop testing procedures and identify required adjustments of parts/equipment as needed.
• Work based on a sense of urgency with machine-down conditions.
• May be assigned tasks outside the scope of this job description.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on repair of electrical and mechanical systems on machinery
• Ability to read and interpret part manuals and blueprints. Complete understanding of electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
• Experience with Cincinnati and Makino 5-axis CNC machinery or equivalent technology. Gantry mill repair experience is a plus.
• Experience with FANUC and Siemens controls or equivalent.
• Experience with the use of diagnostic/specialty tools used in the troubleshooting & repair of machinery.
• Demonstrated a high degree of industrial mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical aptitude and repair abilities.
• Experience with troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised.
• Ability to work effectively in a group (Team) environment.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, must be able to speak/read/write English.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
