Position Summary:

The Material Coordinator – Super Market is responsible for any of the following: coordinating picking work, part replenishment, material checks, line part availability help, outage escalations, and problem solving. They manage all paper work that flows through the warehouse/super market and ensure the systems are up to date and accurate. They actively partner with fabrication, material planning, and assembly to minimize outages and solve shortages.

Position Responsibilities:

• Ensure all triggers, signals, and paper work are used and in place.
• Assist with Kanban database maintenance and execution internal and external
• Maintain standard work related to material flow systems and processes
• Manage unique processes and ensure stability and part availability
• Lead Kanban set up and execution process to ensure part availability
• Communicate, document, escalate and track part shortages
• Assist in all material flow admin needs that arise

• Problem Solving: Uses data analysis and excellent processes to help predict problem areas, identify areas of opportunity, and update standard work
• Analytical : Superior analytical skills
• Computer: High level proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Access, Excel, and Outlook (should have excel skills such as V-lookups and other intermediate excel knowledge)
• Communication: Strong written, oral communication, and presentation skills
