Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Material Handler in Simpsonville, SC. Our client Manufactures High Quality Lifting Slings. The Material Handler is responsible for:

Responsibilities of a Material Handler includes:

• Follow all safety procedures including the wearing of all required personal protective equipment
• Operate and maintain banding equipment and shrink wrap machines
• Operate and maintain the assigned cutting tools and all related equipment to ensure all daily orders are met
• Follow all standard work processes and production orders
• Verify inventory of materials
• Perform Quality checks on materials/ Products
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and legibly
• Follow established procedures, policies and practices to produce safe quality products that meet industry and company standards
• Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of company systems and processes

Job Requirements of a Material Handler:

· Basic math skills
· Effective written communication skills, including legibility
· Must have a strong attention to detail
· Must be self-motivated

REQUIRED Experience and Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
