Primary Function:

Under the direction and supervision of the Accessories Sales Manager, is responsible adding on accessory sales and performing delivery of new vehicles. Exercises initiative and independent judgment in the performance of assigned tasks. Performs all duties within the objectives, standards, and policies of Willis Automotive.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Spend time with guests to determine their needs
  • Understand and present factory and aftermarket accessory options to guests
  • Complete accurate paperwork and computer entries for all clients
  • Follow up with new and existing customers and clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager

What we need from you:

  • HS Diploma / GED required
  • Must be a success-driven, customer service oriented team player
  • Must have the desire to learn and provide superior customer service – before, during, and after the sale
  • Should have previous sales experience, automotive experience, or commensurate work experience
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays
  • Working knowledge of CRM, Outlook, and the Internet required
  • Must have a current valid driver's license & ability to maintain insurability
