Summary: Enru Logistics and Postal Optimization is looking for an Account Executive. This role sits remote. The role is for sales individuals that enjoy and thrive on using their skills to land first meetings and lead a sales process with multiple buyers to a win. You'll be expected to maintain motivation while working remotely and welcome team and individual accountability. You’ll have weekly sales meetings with your manager, who’ll provide support and a team to back you in meetings with technical or application questions. Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers. Engage in up-sell opportunities on current and future customer projects. Identify and sell Enru capabilities to existing and new accounts in order to expand/land service offerings. Prepare RFPs and RFQs and put together sales collateral to use to secure new business and up-sell existing accounts. Enhance customer relationships by working closely with customers on the development of targeted solutions and new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet new client sales and revenue targets assigned by the company
  • Execute the company’s sales strategy with qualified decision-makers outlined in the Playbook.
  • Identify and develop new prospect interest that leads to an acceptable winning percentage
  • Prepare a quality handoff to the customer service team following the company protocol.
  • Maintain an acceptable pipeline that proves to meet and exceed sales goals consistently. Skillfully
  • navigate contacts provided to locate and engage with the right decision-maker.
  • Leverage sales game book info, your experience, and networking to engage in quality outreach.
  • Smart prospecting using a combo approach (email, call, LinkedIn, text, other)
  • Effective communication and conversation skills
  • Working with various sales teams to assist in closing the sale when needed.
  • Maintaining our database of prospective client information and practicing all required entry processes (CRM).
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments of product lines and the overall business environment.
  • As part of the Major Account Sales Team, performs core-selling activities, including sales call preparation, pricing, presentation, execution of sales calls, and post-call analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction with selling efforts before, during, and after each sales campaign.
  • Participates in service recovery planning, decision making as required and facilitates execution of service recovery action and follow-up as needed.
  • With relationship team, manages cross-functional and cross-business account activities.
  • Assist in the implementation and execution of products and services.
  • Consult with customers to understand business issues and goals and work with customers to develop improved solutions to business needs.
  • Engage customers in up-sell opportunities to expand on current projects and up sell company capabilities for new business opportunity.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, up-to-date customer files, in addition to detailed account history. Prepare and submit sales reports and documentation regarding results, opportunities, and challenges in the sales territory. Analyze reports and data to identify revenue and cost containment opportunities.
  • Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Best in class at driving new business development, marketing, and key account management, working with national accounts for scheduled, same-day, final mile, and distribution type courier/transportation services.
  • Efficient knowledge of robust line of mail consolidation services for medium to large printers, letter shops, fundraising firms, retail, advertising, and marketing firms.
  • Proven top performer at developing business opportunities selling parcel consolidation services to exceptionally large e-commerce, catalog, direct marketing, pharmaceutical companies, and others.
  • More than five successful years of new client business development experience (self-generating leads) is necessary.
  • Considerable experience in a closing role selling solutions or services.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of being able to work remotely with a dedicated space in your home away from distractions.
  • Experience in selling in a competitive environment.
  • Able to consistently contribute effort, leadership, and creative thinking to solving complex and significant problems in a collaborative fashion.
  • Must demonstrate an ability to work concurrently on multiple complex and sometimes ambiguous problems.
  • Able to communicate complex concepts, problems, and solutions clearly and effectively to all levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform at the highest level of proficiency in utilizing tools and applications to complete assignments.
  • Able to work on special projects to enhance internal system functionality from the operational business perspective.
  • Requires excellent communication skills with all levels of audience.
  • Able to structure messages in keeping with listener’s experience, background, and expectations.
