Job Title: Account Manager (Costa Mesa showroom)
Must be available to work Saturdays, on a rotational basis as needed
In this role, you will become a designer’s go-to source for luxurious carpet and rugs while tailoring support for our client’s project needs.
Our ideal Account Manager loves finding creative solutions for complex design problems.

- You have strong designer and architect client relationships, and trade professionals rely on you as a trusted resource

- You are a remarkable salesperson who listens to clients and knows how to sell value versus price when closing
- You are driven by the success of your cold calls, budgeting, team collaboration, event strategies and coaching others on sales, sales strategies, and tactics

- Experience working in a showroom, having carpet industry perspectives/interior design industry experience, utilizing consultative selling, familiarity with interior design trends, and working with high-end products/affluent clientele is beneficial. B.A. / B.S. Degree preferably in Interior Design or a related field, and a minimum of 2 years of carpet sales “to the trade” experience - or a minimum of 5 years of carpet sales “to the trade” experience in lieu of educational preferences.
Eligible for additional sales commission and/or sales incentive bonus
