Openwork is assisting our downtown Austin client in finding a temporary financial reporting accountant. This onsite role has some flexibility in working hours. Use your previous reconciliation skills in this state agency role!Your responsibilities will include:
- Mid level entries, reconciliation and reporting
- Manual general ledger and AR systems
- Running queries for reporting
- Resolution of unreconciled bills & payments
- 3 to 4 yrs experience with accounting systems and software
- Experience with manual accounting entries
- Degree in accounting preferred, but related work experience may substitute
- Weekly pay
- Benefit eligibility, medical, dental and vision
- Free parking
- Business casual environment within a secured building
