Accounting Clerk

This position reports to the CFO. The associate will be expected to review and enter all company payable invoices/expenses into our ERP software system as well as entering new supplier info into the ERP system and uploading all necessary supplier documents. Also expected to balance company credit card statements and notify CFO of any irregularities. Must keep all deposits/invoices up to date in the system. Manage and maintain the cash receipts spreadsheet. Answer calls from suppliers regarding accounts payable and handle with professionalism. All other duties as requested by management. An ideal associate will work well in a team environment and is good at following instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
