DRBDC an "AV" rated Coral Gables law firm is looking for a full time Accounts Payable Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions. Knowledge of basic accounting procedures preferred - Excel experience required. Some responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Entering Client Payables in AP;
- Sending invoices to clients in compliance with their guidelines & updating appropriate Excel Spreadsheet for the correct matter;
- Follow up with clients with respect to invoices previously sent;
- Entering Expense Reports in A/P consistent with client's guidelines;
- Reviewing all statements from vendors for accuracy;
- Processing Checks for Payables;
- Running the AP Reports at the end of the month;
- Posting incoming receipts when necessary;
- Process Trust Checks only when necessary;
- Process Real Estate Trust Checks/Closings only when necessary.
