As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will assist with all aspects of receiving, entering and preparing all payables. The Accounts Payable Clerk position is a great way to start your career at Bobby & Steve’s Auto World working on our Central Bookkeeping team. Starting day 1 you will begin a comprehensive training program covering all aspects of your new role.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage day to day accounts payables operations.
• Process and review vendor invoices and payments by sorting, coding and matching all invoices.
• Monitor accounts to ensure all payments are up to date.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries related to invoices.
• Manages vendor/sub-contractor insurance certificates, W9 information & annual 1099 reporting.
• Teamwork and involvement with Central Bookkeeping team members and other Bobby & Steve’s Auto World employees.
• Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.

What You Bring:

• Computer skills required, including 10-key & excel.
• QuickBooks or similar accounting software experience required.
• Proven follow-up and organizational skills.
• The ability to read, analyze and interpret written information and instructions.
