Job description
We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to join our team at a residential community. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the management team, responding to residents' inquiries, and handling various office duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Assisting residents with their inquiries and requests
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors
- Handling the distribution of mail and packages
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the management team
- Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry
- Providing support for events and activities organized by the residential community
- Maintaining accurate records of all activities and communications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business administration or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience working in a residential community is a plus
